This is not an administrative support role. It is a performance-oriented commercial role.
About the Role
Starting in April 2026, you will join us part-time at our modern office in central Stockholm, working closely with sales leadership on international growth initiatives.
Your work will directly impact pipeline creation and future revenue generation.
· Identify and qualify potential enterprise clients
· Map organizations and key decision-makers (CHROs, Talent Leaders, senior executives)
· Build structured company briefs and contact strategies
· Support tailored outreach and executive messaging
· Maintain CRM data and ensure pipeline accuracy
· Contribute to preparing high-quality executive meetings
This is the foundation of enterprise B2B sales. Precision, structure, and consistency matter.
Who We’re Looking For
You may be a student, early in your career, or looking to transition into a commercial path. What matters most is performance mindset.
· Structured and disciplined
· Comfortable working with clear goals and expectations
· Detail-oriented and analytical
· Curious about business and commercial strategy
· Strong in written communication
· Motivated to contribute, not just observe
Fluency in English is required.
Additional language skills are highly valued due to our international markets.
