Your Role
· Prospect and book executive meetings
· Speak directly with CHROs and senior decision-makers
· Build and manage your own pipeline
· Work alongside experienced Key Account Managers
· Receive structured weekly coaching
· Be measured on progress, activity, and results
· Operate in regional teams with transparent performance tracking and friendly competition

Program Dates & Location
June 8 – August 28, 2026, 12 weeks total (including 2 weeks of vacation)
Based at our modern office in central Stockholm (full-time, on-site commitment required).

Compensation
Fixed salary + competitive performance-based commission.
Who This Is For
You are currently studying or in the early stage of your professional career.

Fluency in English is required.
Additional language skills (such as Spanish, French, German, Nordic languages, Arabic, Portuguese, Mandarin, etc.) are highly valued given our international market focus.
