Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and strategy. In this role, you will work with two core areas that are central to our business:
- Driving large-scale survey participation across global markets
- Activating employer brands for leading clients through high-performing digital campaigns
You will plan, execute, and optimize multiple campaigns simultaneously, always guided by data and performance insights.
As part of the Digital Marketing Team, you will play a key role in ensuring campaigns are effective, scalable, and aligned with both client objectives and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Survey Campaigns
- Plan and run digital campaigns to recruit respondents for our surveys across approximately 20 international markets
- Develop creative, platform-specific content tailored to different target groups
- Select and optimize channels, formats, and messaging to reach the right audiences efficiently
- Continuously monitor performance and optimize campaigns to secure respondents at the lowest possible cost
Employer Branding Activation Campaigns
- Execute digital employer branding campaigns as part of our clients’ broader Employer Branding strategies
- Activate employer brands across social media platforms with a strong focus on performance and relevance
- Adapt strategy, messaging, and execution to each client’s specific needs and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand and business goals
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, paid social, or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, targeting, and optimization
- Experience working with data, analytics, and campaign reporting
- Ability to tailor campaigns for different audiences, markets, and client needs
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
